About
Travis, a Boone County native, has deep roots in the community. After attending Columbia Public Schools, he graduated from Sturgeon High School in 1998. He went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Personal Finance & Planning from the University of Missouri in 2003.
Travis began his career in real estate as a mortgage lender before obtaining his real estate license in December 2003. He joined Plaza Real Estate in early 2004 and quickly established himself as a multi-million dollar producer, helping countless buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.
In January 2017, Travis transitioned to Weichert, Realtors - First Tier, where he has continued to exceed sales milestones year after year. As a seasoned multi-million dollar producer, he has also built a team of dedicated sales professionals.
While specializing in residential sales, Travis also has extensive experience with commercial, investment, and land properties. As a real estate investor himself, he brings firsthand knowledge of the duplex and income property markets to his clients.
Beyond real estate, Travis is an active member of his community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Columbia Board of Realtors (CBOR) and has graduated from both the CBOR Leadership Academy, and MO Leadership Academy. He has also contributed to various CBOR committees, including MLS, Strategic Planning, and Realtor & Friends, Education, Professional development and RPAC committees, Additionally, Travis is a past president of the Show Me Business Network and a member of both the Downtown Optimist Club and the Elk’s Lodge.
When he’s not helping clients, Travis enjoys life on his mini farm in Rocheport with his partner, Jessica Kempf, and their two children, Colten and Callie. Together, they embrace the joys of family, farm life, and the Boone County community.
