JoAnn and her husband Nick have been married for 23 wonderful years and enjoy life in Columbia with their three children and three grandchildren. They love exploring all Columbia has to offer - home of MIZZOU. In their free time, they enjoy dining out, playing pickleball, dancing, playing mahjong, volunteering with Meals on Wheels, and Ladies Jail Ministry. Columbia’s many outdoor activities keep them active and connected to the community they love.

After owning brokerages in Florida and Colorado, she has gained valuable insight across diverse markets. Her expertise includes new construction, relocations, rentals, and land transactions. JoAnn proudly served in the Army alongside her twin sister through the Buddy Program, She's passionate about helping military families find their dream homes.
