During the event, The National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC) will release the findings of the Fair Housing Test Study from March to July of 2024. The testing methodology used tested for the treatment in a real estate transaction as well as potential steering practices. The test consisted of individuals with specific profiles contacting local REALTORS®, who were unaware of the test, seeking a home to rent or purchase.
