Habitat for Humanity 2026 REALTOR® Build Day

🏠 Save the Date: CBOR’s Annual REALTOR® Build 🏠
Wednesday, January 14th | In partnership with Habitat for Humanity

Join us for a day full of fun, teamwork, and community impact!
We’ll have 60 volunteer spots available , choose from morning, afternoon, or all-day shifts and help build homes for local families. Lunch & T Shirts will be provided!

Morning Shifts begin around 9am for volunteers to get their T- shirt, check in, and sign waiver forms from Habitat for Humanity prior to volunteering. 

Lunch and Stud Wars from 12pm - 1pm

Afternoon shifts begin around 1pm for volunteers to get their T- shirt, check in, and sign waiver forms from Habitat for Humanity prior to volunteering. 

Wrap up the day with a Happy Hour event on site at 4pm!

** please consider arriving a few minutes early to your shift 

Volunteers will be contacted closer to the event date to choose their preferred tasks! Tasks may include drywall, painting in the morning, and flooring in the afternoon.

Sponsor a stud (as an individual or office) that will be used in a Habitat home and compete for the coveted Stud Wars trophy and bragging rights until next year’s Build!

Note: A Stud sponsorship does not guarantee a volunteer position — be sure to register separately for both your volunteer shift and stud sponsorship.
