A Primary REALTOR® pays local, state and national dues through this Board and considers the Mid-Missouri BOR their primary Association of REALTORS®.
MMBOR Application fees:
Application fees are one-time as long as you remain an active member and are not prorated. These fees are in addition to the fees listed below in the chart.
New Office Setup $635 – The Designated Broker must complete all new office applications and pay the new office setup fee. Associate Brokers are not eligible to add new offices. Annual Dues are collected when you join, and are then billed annually. Mid-Missouri Board of REALTORS® collects your dues on behalf of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and Missouri REALTORS® (MR). Dues are prorated based on the month you join.
