Cybercrime is a growing threat in real estate transactions. This course examines common attacks, including ransomware, email fraud, phishing, and social engineering, and how criminals target sensitive financial and personal information.

Learn cybersecurity best practices from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR), identify who is most at risk—buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companies—and understand how to respond if an email account, computer, or client information is compromised.

By the end of the course, you'll be better equipped to recognize threats, prevent fraud, and help protect your clients and business.
