CBOR REALTOR® & Appraiser members value MLS data consistency & integrity. One of the most effective mechanisms in maintaining MLS data accuracy is thru FlexMLS Error Reporting.

At some point in time, every Broker will receive an MLS Error Report  - MLS errors are reported anonymously every single day. So, don't fret if you receive one!

Did You Know?

Anonymous MLS Error Reports are submitted by members of the Association, not CBOR Staff.

If a CBOR Staff member issues an MLS Error Report, it will always include that Staff member's name on the report.
