Made an accidental error on a listing?

CBOR values MLS Data Integrity. We want to know anytime a listing error needs to be corrected that requires Admin-level support.

If you or your agents encounter any of the scenarios below on a listing, make sure to reach out to liz@cbormls.com ASAP to correct:

Entered Incorrect List Date on an MLS Listing
Incorrect List Price
Accidentally Pended a listing instead of Active with contingency
Coming Soon Entry Errors
Incorrect Sales Price
Forgot to Withhold Sales Price (if Seller/Buyer requests this)
Change list price while pending (with signed price change)
Correct any basic Listing Information after a listing has closed
Reactivate expired listings (with signed extension form)
Delete a duplicate listing accidentally entered into the database
Correct Listing/Selling Members of a transaction once pending/close

What if one of my agents entered the incorrect commission amounts on their listing?

Commission changes are reserved for the Listing Broker to change/correct in the MLS. The CBOR Admins does not modify Commission amounts in FlexMLS.

Expiring Listing Notifications

If you are looking for a way to prevent the dreaded accidental expiration of a listing that was meant to be extended, look no further than FlexMLS Expiring Listing Notifications!

Setting up automatic email notifications from FlexMLS to remind you of listings expiring in X # of Days is a great way for an office & its agents to complete listing extensions in time and extend accordingly in the database to prevent an admin change down the road.

To set up Office/Agent Expiring Listing notifications, simply log into FlexMLS and do the following:

1. Click on "Menu"
2. Select "General Preferences"
3. Scroll down to "Expiring Listing Notification" Section
4. Enable this setting by selecting it, and enter in the # of days prior to date of expiration you want the system to notify you via email.
