Broker Tools | CBOR MLS & eKey Assistant Access

Do you have an Office Assistant who needs access to FlexMLS/TransactionDesk/Supra?

If you've recently hired, or plan to hire, someone who needs access to CBORMLS services to better assist agents in your office, make sure to read below!

FlexMLS Office Assistant Access:

Don’t be tempted to share your FlexMLS username & password with your new hire – instead, initiate Office Assistant Access to adhere to our MLS Policies.

  • Complete the online CBOR MLS Assistant Access application
  • Office Assistants are configured to have access and ability to modify all office listings in your brokerage in FlexMLS.
  • Reminder: Sharing CBOR MLS Login Information with ANYONE is a $1,000 fine!
  • The Office Assistant MLS Application fee is a one-time $50.00 application fee and annual renewal fee of $25.00, billed each January.

What if it’s an existing CBOR REALTOR® member who needs to be granted Office Assistant Access?

With permission of the Designated Broker, individual REALTOR® members within the brokerage may be granted access to add/modify any & all office listings in your brokerage.

No fee is assessed if changing the level of MLS access for that individual who is already a CBOR member.

Do you know of an Agent in your Office with a Personal Assistant who needs MLS Access?

  • Either the Broker or the individual Agent will need to initiate the online CBOR MLS Assistant MLS Application
  • Personal Assistants will only have access into MLS Listings that are listed by the agent(s) they are assisting.
  • Reminder for Your Agents: Sharing CBOR MLS Login Information with ANYONE is a $1,000 fine!
  • The Personal Assistant Application fee is a one-time $50.00 application fee, with an annual renewal fee of $25.00, billed each January.

Can an Office Assistant and/or Personal Assistant be Licensed with MLS Assistant Access without needing to join CBOR/CBORMLS?

Any Licensed Assistants must be Subscribers of the MLS and pay monthly MLS fees unless approved in a Subscription Waiver.

Licensed Assistants who choose to not become a member of CBOR MLS, but apply for MLS Assistant access, must be licensed under a Brokerage that is not a Participating Company/Office of CBORMLS.

Can an unlicensed Office and/or Personal Assistant obtain Supra eKey Access?

  • An Office Assistant may obtain Supra eKey access. The Office Assistant will be required to enter a “Call Before Showing” code anytime they access office lockboxes.

  • If the Lockboxes are assigned to the Office/Broker’s Inventory in Supra, the Office Assistant will be able to access the entire Office Inventory with a list of respective CBS codes

  • If a Lockbox is assigned specifically to an Agent within the Office in Supra, the Broker will need to ask for written permission from that agent to authorize CBS codes be distributed to the Office Assistant in the future

  • A Personal Assistant may obtain Supra eKey access. The Office Assistant will be required to enter a “Call Before Showing” code anytime they access lockboxes.

  • If the Lockboxes are assigned to the Agent’s Inventory in Supra, the Personal Assistant will be able to access the entire Agent’s Inventory with the assigned CBS codes, with written permission from the CBOR member.

Quick Note:

  • In either scenario above, the Keyholder will owe the same fees to obtain and maintain eKey access as CBOR REALTOR® members.

  • If pursuing either option, CBOR Staff will provide additional instructions on how the Assistant Keyholder utilizes the “Call Before Showing” codes
